"We went during off peak hours and so managed to do a walk in. We weren't very hungry so Joselito's was the perfect place for Jamón ibérico and the various meats sampler dish paired with a bottle of wine. It was super low key and a very heavenly experience!"

"If you ever find yourself in Madrid, and are looking to have the MOST amazing jamon sandwich, THIS is the place to try! It was beyond any jamon sandwich we have eaten (and mind you, we have eaten quite a few). The jamon itself is so fresh, and combined with the tomate and warm bread just brings the sandwich to a whole new level. I'm only sad that we couldn't bring any back home. : ( As soon as we're in Madrid again, we will be back. Worth every euro."

"For a beyond amazing full on Iberico pork experience head to Joselito’s. We sat for 3 hours and did a tasting of aged Jamon from 2012, 2014 and 2015. We also enjoyed beautiful wines and other delicious dishes like croquettas and empanadas. The pork neck was tender and perfect. Dessert was a delicious bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream. The pork salad was delicious, with shredded pork that was juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Two elderly locals sat next to us, one happily enjoying raw pork. If you’re looking for high-quality jamón ibérico and pork dishes, this place is a must-try."
